Shawnee Peak Day Trips - 2018

Ski/Ride with Sanford Parks and Rec on Jan. 15,21,28 and/or Feb 4, Mar. 11 .  Pick one or all 5 trips.  We are going to Bridgeton, Me approx 1 hour and 15 min ride.  $34 is a reduced rate from that which you would pay at the mountain. 

We can accommodate youth in the van or we will meet you at the mountain with your tickets 8:45-9:15 pick-up.  Tickets not pre-purchased prior to the day before the trip will not be purchased.

Transportation via city van available as space allows - please call 324-9130 if you would like us to save a spot for you - cost is just $5 and you must meet the van at 7am at the Sanford Jr High parking lot the day of the trip. Youth under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Rental Equipment is $18/person for ski's or boards - please bring money with you for rentals.  Please let us know prior to the morning of the trip if you are renting.

Lessons are available for $18/person for ski or board - please bring money with you for lessons. Please let us know prior to the morning of the trip if you need lessons.

Please sign up for the individual trips that work with your schedule. . 

Food is expensive at the mountain. You may want to pack a lunch.

IF YOU ARE REGISTERING AFTER 12 noon on SATURDAY FOR SUNDAY'S TRIP YOU NEED TO CALL or TEXT 608-4148 OR 651-1912.

All participants need to sign and fill out the "Mountain Release Form" and a "Skiers Riders Responsibility Code".  (under links and forms)
If you are renting equipt. you must download and print the "Equipt Rental Form" found below.  Parents/Guardian must sign.  Only one mountain release needed per year.

We will meet you at Shawnee Peak to give you your tickets no later than 9:15am near the cafeteria (the big glass room).  Youth under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.  If you are lost and can't find the glass room please call 608-0673 katie.
