Getting out the wiggles and expending energy through different kinds of exercise is how we teach our little ones that exercise is fun! Exploring all different type of exercise to include, KATS (kids activity training sessions), creative movement, dance and yoga. Climbing noodle mountain, jumping foam hurtles, balancing in airplane pose, hopping like a frog, are all ways we stretch, strengthen and balance our body and most of all learn exercise is fun! Please bring a peanut/nut free snack and water bottle
