Class Description, Ages 2-5: Getting out the wiggles and expending energy through different kinds of exercise is how we teach our little ones that exercise is fun! Each week is a different type of class to include, KATS (kids activity training sessions), creative movement, dance and yoga. Climbing noodle mountain, jumping foam hurtles, balancing in airplane pose, hopping like a frog, are all ways we stretch, strengthen and balance our body and most of all learn exercise is fun!

Class Description, Ages 6-9: Cross training for sports or just learning different ways to exercise is really important for growing kiddos. Challenging their bodies in all different ways and finding fun in exercise is what this class is all about! Each week is a different class including elements of KATS (kids activity training sessions) dance and yoga. Whether we are climbing Noodle Mountain, running through our agility ladder, balancing on a block and throwing (and catching) our huge yoga balls, your kiddo is sure to find exercise is fun!
